These terms are between you and Powerful Thinking, Inc., which runs Pickworthy.

The free check

The Pickworthy Score and shelf test are provided as is, for information. Scores describe how complete a store's public data is for AI shopping agents. They are not a promise or prediction of placement in any assistant, search engine or catalog.

Paid work

Fix Packs are delivered within 48 hours of payment and Catalog Packs within 4 days, as a document and a Shopify import file. You decide what to publish and remain responsible for what appears on your store. We mark any fact we couldn't verify as [confirm]. If you're not happy, reply "refund" within 30 days of payment for a full refund.

AI-written work

Pickworthy's research and writing are done by an AI system and checked against your own pages and reviews before delivery. Our email assistant is an AI and signs its replies as one.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We're not liable for lost sales or indirect losses.
